Take 1 tsp Kasuri Methi Crushed

Make ready 1/2 cup Dry Coconut
Steps to make Nawabi Paneer:
White Masala Paste:Take a Kadhai or Pan add butter or oil heat for 2 min then add Onion,Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cashew, Almonds, Poppy Seeds, Dry Coconut Cook for 10 to 15 min then off the flame cool it down on room temperature Grind it in Mixer and make a smooth paste keep aside.
Take a Kadhai or Pan add oil and butter heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds,Bay leaves, Cinnamon, then add White Masala Paste Heat for 10 min then add Curd half heat for 7 min till retain oil over surface.
Afterwards add Amul fresh Cream 1 Cup mix well cook for 10 min then add Milk 2 Cup Green Chillies,Salt, Kasuri Methi Cook for 10 min mix well.
Afterwards add PANEER 500 gm Cut into Cubes Cook for 5 to 7 min lastly add Kesar Milk 2 Spoon,Kewra Water 2 Spoon Cook for 5 to 7 min.Gravy becomes Smooth.
Now Serve it hot with Rice,Naan, Chapati, Paratha your Delicious NAWABI PANEER is Ready to Enjoy
