  2. Stir continuously for 4 to 5 mins till cashew nuts starts changing it's colour to light brown. Keep on stirring continuously so that cashew nuts doesn't gets burn.
  3. Switch off the flame and remove cashew nuts in a big plate with the help of sieve. Add coarsely grounded black pepper powder and mix well with the help of a spoon. Allow cashew nuts to cool down completely. Shake the plate slightly to get rid of excess salt.
  4. Crispy roasted oil-free cashew nuts coated with salt and pepper are ready to serve. Store in an airtight container and enjoy.
