  5. Fry onion till golden brown. Add cashew and almonds and stir fry till light golden. Now add grated tomato and sauté till oil leaves the sides of wok.
  6. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and pulav masala and mix. Add fried paneer and saute for 1 minute.
  7. Now add boiled rice and mix well and cook for 2 minutes till all masala is mixed thoroughly with rice.
  8. Serve paneer pulav with, pickle, salad or Raita. It is a famous north Indian one pot meal.
