The ingredients needed to make Paneer Momo:
Prepare 1 cup Refined Flour
Make ready 50 gm Paneer pieces
Prepare 1 cup Grated Carrots
Get 1 Cup Cabbage
Make ready 2-3 Garlic cloves
Get 2 inch Ginger
Take 2 Green chillies
Take 1/2 cup Capsicum(finely chopped)
Take to taste Salt
Prepare 1 Teaspoon Black pepper powder
Prepare 1 Teaspoon Oil
Get As needed Water
Steps to make Paneer Momo:
Mix 1 cup Refined Flour and salt as needed.Make a soft dough with water.
Keep the dough for 10 mins.
Take a pan and heat the oil.
Put chopped cottage cheese and fry lightly.
Remove the fried Paneer.And put chopped 3 chopped garlic,grated ginger.
Then add 1 cup of grated carrots, 1 cup Cabbage, 1/2 cup Bell pepper and chopped green chillies.
Then add salt as needed and 1 Tsp Black pepper powder.
Stuffing is ready.
Now make small Dough balls and roll it.
Then put the stuffing into it and make the dumplings as in the picture.
Now put water in lower part of momo maker and boil it.
Put the dumplings/momo into upper part of it and place it.
Cover it for 20 mins.And serve hot with soup and Chutney.
