  13. Take 4 big size tomato
  14. Get 1 cup curd
  15. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder

The taste of the vegetable is increased by adding Kasuri Methi. Paneer do pyaza recipe (or do piaza) - a Mughlai dish gets a North Indian twist by adding tomatoes to make it restaurant style.   1. Wash and cut paneer in the medium size pieces
  2. Firstly, in a kadai heat 2 tsp oil and put cumin, bay leaves, saffon, black pepper and pinch hing.
  3. Cut 1 big size onion in long slice and tomato and add in the above pan.
  4. Take a bowl and add curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt coriander powder. Put this mixture in the above pan and set the flame to medium for 10 minutes
  5. Cut 1 onion in the different shape and fry it in another bowl for 2 minutes and add with the above bowl.Add fried paneer cubes also in the above pan and cover it on the gas.
  6. You can also add coriander leaves. Now Paneer do pyaza recipe is ready!

Here soft paneer cubes and sauteed onions are coated with semi-dry gravy. It tastes so delicious that you want to make it again and again! Do Pyaza in Persian means two onions and this curry is usually prepared with double the quantity of onions. Onions are added at two stages during cooking and hence the name is Paneer Do Pyaza.
