Steps to make Kadhai Paneer:
  1. Dry roast all whole spices cool it and grind it.
  2. Heat oil in pan fry Paneer little light in pink color keep aside.
  3. Fry diced onion.
  4. Fry capsicum.
  5. Fry tomato diced.
  6. Heat oil in pan,. add sliced onions.
  7. Till light golden in colour add ginger garlic paste add chopped tomatoes add salt and cook till tomatoes mashy cool it.
  8. Grind it add little milk to make smooth paste.
  9. Add butter in pan add grinder mixture and cook for 10/15 minutes on low flame stir in between to avoid stick on bottom.
  10. Add milk to adjust consistency semi thick.
  11. Add dry spices red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt garam masala whole masala grinded kasoori methi mix it.
  12. Add fried Paneer and vegetables mix it properly and add fresh cream and serve with roti paratha or mein'am enjoy it.
