  16. Prepare 1 packet Ching’s Chilly Paneer masala
  17. Make ready 1 tbspn green chilly sauce
  18. Make ready 1 tbspn red chilly sauce
  19. Take 1 tbspn soya sauce
  20. Take 2 tbspn tomato sauce
  21. Make ready 1 tspn Vinegar
  22. Take 1 tspn corn flour slurry
  23. Prepare 2 tbspn Oil
  24. Get to taste Salt

This is absolutely delicious and easy to make. Serving Suggestions: Serve chilli paneer with fried rice or schezwan fried rice or burnt garlic fried rice. It also goes well as a side dish with pulao or jeera rice or ghee rice. You can also have it with tandoori roti or naan or roomali roti.

Steps to make Chilly Paneer !!:
  1. Take the paneer and cut into cubes. Put salt and black pepper powder and mix everything well.
  2. Then sprinkle maida & corn flour over the paneer cubes and toss it carefully. Keep the other ingredients ready.
  3. Then keep oil for heating and when hot add in the paneer cubes and fry them till nice and crisp golden brown colour from both the sides. Remove it on an absorbent paper. Turn off the heat.
  4. Now take another pan or Kadhai and put oil. When hot add in the chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion and little spring onion greens.
  5. Then add in the sauces, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped cubes of onion and capsicum. Fry on high heat. It should be crisp so do not over cook them.Add the corn flour slurry and cook for a minute till the sauce gets thick.
  6. Now add the Ching’s chilly paneer masala powder and the fried paneer and mix everything well so that the sauces are coated on the paneer. Check the seasoning and add if required.
  7. Lastly garnish with some spring onion greens. And serve immediately.
