We make paal kozhukattai, but chettinad paal paniyaram is totally new to me. I don't remember I have tasted paal paniyaram before.

  1. Combine all the ingredients together,grated paneer with required salt and you can add grated carrot(optional),coriander leaf,grated ginger,chilli finely chopped you can add 2 incase if you are not using chilli powder,please don't add water just mix it everything,and in paniyaram pan add some oil or ghee just shape the paneer mix and cook it..

We make paal kozhukattai, but chettinad paal paniyaram is totally new to me. I don't remember I have tasted paal paniyaram before. Tandoori Masalo and Paneer Paniyaram Sante. This paniyaram turns out so fluffy and taste delicious with chutney or sambar.
