  3. Now take a portion of Dough make a roti with this Dough now Keep filling on center. and cover it of dough all-around after that roll it with rolling pin make a thick paratha.
  4. Then heat a pan, put the prepared paratha cook for 2 mins then pour the 1 tsp ghee and cook the both side with ghee.
  5. Now take out from pan. And cut into four pieces serve with tea or coffee.
