  1. Wash and soak rice for 20 mins and boil atleast 70percent add salt and lemon juice. Now. Parboil all vegetables. Fry onion and make birasta.
  2. Now put ghee and oil add tejpatta,cinnamon stick cardamom star anise,big cardamom and cumin seeds saute add onion slices, salt and turmeric powder.curry leaves Now add par boil vegetables. red chilli powder,garam masala cumin powder, coriander powder biryani masala and chopped mint and ginger chilli garlic paste.Churn some birasta and add in vegetable gravy.Mix well. Now add curd and make semi solid consistency.
  3. Now take Handi and put ghee add 1/2 portion cooked rice spread rice make layer of vegetables. and spread birasta.Now spread another rice some chopped mint,birasta and kesar milk 1/4cup and cover the lid for 2-3mins.
  4. Tasty Biryani is ready to serve.
