Get to taste Salt
Prepare 1 cup Curd / Yogurt –
Prepare as needed Water
Take Coriander leaves as needed finely chopped

Add in all spice powder and mix well. Add in yogurt and give a good mix.Add in half of the mint and coriander leaves.Add in the cooked beef along with liquid and mix well. Cook till it gets thick.
Now heat ghee in a pan, add in onions and fry till golden, add in cashews and kishmish and fry till golden. Set aside.
Now lay the cooked basmati rice over the masala, top with mint and coriander leaves, fried onions, cashews and kishmish along with the ghee, saffron milk. Cover with a tight lid and put this over a tawa on low heat.
Let this cook on dum for 15-20 min.Now biryani is ready.
